Deep Cleaning

As our guests, we desire your time with us to be as relaxing, carefree and full of joy as possible. When you are in our “House,” we want you to feel comfortable at home. In this time of COVID-19, we at DC Steak House are taking every precaution to keep our customers, our staff, and ourselves as protected as possible. Maricopa County has seen a resurgence of infections, so we want to reassure you that we are in full compliance with all regulations given by the Arizona Department of Health Services concerning COVID-19 restaurant safety. Here is what we are doing to keep you as safe as possible while you enjoy the finest dining experience Chandler has to offer.

Employees

As per the guidelines of the AZDHS, we wear masks, wash our hands fanatically, use hand sanitizer and limit our physical contact with our customers and each other. We cover our mouths and noses when we need to cough or sneeze. Every employee has been trained in the safety guidelines, and we have symptom screenings for all employees prior to every shift.

Customers

Because this virus is transmitted mostly through airborne droplets, you may have noticed that we keep a minimum distance of six feet between tables. We are also operating at a reduced capacity, so chances of virus transmission is significantly diminished. For your safety (and ours), we have plenty of hand sanitizer available. We offer take out dining from our take out menu if you want to enjoy our fantastic food at home. There is no need for you to enter the restaurant, either. You call in your order and pick it up right from the kitchen door. It’s simple, convenient, and delicious!

Our Facility

We have implemented comprehensive sanitation protocols in our dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. We thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces after each guest with an EPA List N-approved disinfectant and food contact sanitizer if appropriate. We routinely disinfect high-touch points (i.e. door handles, light switches, faucets, toilet flush levers, TV and remote controls, telephones, etc.) throughout the day, also using an EPA List N-approved disinfectant. 

Deep Cleaning

For deep cleaning, we use Ecolab’s Disinfection Service. The Ecolab Disinfection Service leverages Ecolab products that meet the EPA’s criteria for use against SARS–CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19. This is an extremely aggressive barrier against virus transmission, and it greatly reduces the risk of infection. It is a two hour cleaning process of the entire facility performed during non-operating hours. It is safe and effective for you, our greatest asset.
